If your tuner knows what they are doing, ready codes are set as soon as car starts.

If they mess it up, they will never set ready.

Well, sorry you were annoyed, but based on the "facts" as I knew them from personal experience with these mods on several other cars, mine never reset and a tune was required. I would hope that issues like this wouldn't make one lose too much sleep. If you mod a car, you have to expect these type of hiccups. Glad your problem resolved itself. I will continue to share the information I have based on the tacit understanding that I believe we all have that, unless I say I'm a certified GM mechanic or a mechanical professional, you should take anything I say as an opinion based on my personal experience, nothing more.

Have a great day, Homeless....

Tune can make them never set, or set instantly. Just depends on tuner.

Yea I have a dyno tune but whatever it's fine now. Next time I get a tune I'll make sure to tell him to set them always on. My tuner is a good one in my area a lot of people on here recommend him and even the service advisor at my dealership uses him for his Chevy SS

im not reading all these posts. your fine. mileage doesnt reset it. take it out for many drives at different speeds speeding up and slowing down. restart it several times. dont just go for a drive. the tests just need to run. its something like drive at 45mph for 6 min then slow to 20mph then accelerate to 55 for 8 min something like that.
