They haven't seen an allocaton in 4 months so is either really bad news or means theyre due for one.
How was your experience with the Supra?

Dealer just said my order was accepted by GM. 2 1/2 months from original order. I had to ditch the PDR because their was 0 availability on it. I want a garmin catalyst anyway so that's no big deal to me really.

Its a fun fast little car. I don't dislike it but in the end its really not what I wanted. Toyota even sends you information for free membership into an auto club(Im at work, forget exactly who) and you get a free track day. Didn't get around to doing it.

My biggest issue with it is lack of Android Auto after having it in my two previous cars.
And while it's got a decent sound in sport when you get on it there's no drama or great sound unless you're realy hammering it.

I've gone back and forth between Vivid Orange and Rapid Blue for two weeks. I THINK I've finally settled on the Blue. Deciding to mix it up after my 13 Camaro was IOM and Challenger was Go Mango.(assuming I don't change my mind again before I get the order to the dealer.)

Even if you do order a 2.0T which are not on constraint, its still quite vague when you'll actually get it. Going by what members here are going through its hard to feel good about it.

I give ya'll credit for sticking this out. If the Camaro is the only car that will "do it" for you, I understand. My interest level has been fading rapidly and quite frankly Ive ordered something else(different make/model) in the meantime that I do NOT have to take but at least it will be here in my desired time frame(March 2022 is a reliable estimate) and the ordering process was painless. At this stage, Im going to just wait until spring 2022 and "See whats out there" or what local dealers end up with. If its meant to be, then Ill find a Camaro on a lot or through a cancelled order that I can still possibly buy. But, I personally cant "do" this anymore meaning trying to order a car the way I really want it. Its a Camaro, not a one-off Limited edition Ferrari or something. Way too hard for what it is. Good luck with your orders! . Who knows.... I could still end up with one.....

I’m with you on this. I haven’t waited as long, but without any guarantees of obtaining my order in the early spring (which would probably have to hear back on an actual acceptance of allocation late January), I’d either cut my losses (sell new Camaro parts in my garage) and try to buy off lot / order a M240I…. or pick up a SS off the lot. I don’t think the latter will happen, as I have very simple but specific wants from the SS and won’t compromise. It’s way too early to entertain those options, but that would be the plan come January.

Good luck to you, hope it all works out.

It was kind of funny (or it is after 2 months) that the next day after I placed an order, I read that Rapid Blue, Dual Exhaust, and something more is not available
There is a "Constraints" thread that I follow on this site. A guy named Dylan keeps us updated on the current status of constraints. GM updates them every Thursday.

Can you tell me where to access the allocations report? If you can't share that will you please post the constraints list every Thursday? That would be great!
Thank you!!

Yep - you as well. Alls we can do is what we can do. That means checking dealer stock next year. You never know....

Figures, I say something about no V6's and there are actually a few available for orders. Still, I doubt it will happen fast. I'll have to at least look into it.

I put my (retail sold) order in on 10/29/21 for a 1SS 1LE with PDR. We were waiting on an allocation, possibly coming from a previously sold 1LE by the dealer a week prior. Then two weeks later, lol, PDR on constraint. Doh!

After only finding one matching color/optioned car in California, with a $2500 dealer markup, I have decided to wait it out. I'm hoping I'll still get an allocation when/IF the PDR comes off constraint.

Thank you DylansZLE for the updates and GearheadSS for the various info and your help showing me and my dealer how to order the copper free brakes.

Put in exactly the same order on the same date.

Last week (11/22) my dealer called to inform that Chevy accepted the order.

Been lurking for a while. I ordered a V6 3LT convertible back in August and it looks like my order just got accepted by chevy so I think I'm at 2000 status now.
