Finally received the spoiler!! Recieved Thursday morning and installed the same day. Will post pictures of it on the car when the weather calms down. Thanks Don for taking care of my order. Couldn't be more happy with the look of the spoiler. Btw. This is painted in the mosaic black color.

Thumbs up

Here a picture with the spoiler on. Finally had good weather to take a picture. Didnt get a chance to take a close up picture though. The quality of the spoiler is fine. The paint isn't what I was expecting and there was a little bit of damage from it being delievered. Didn't want to send it back since I've waiting like 7 weeks to receive it. But very nice spoiler and it looks awesome. Got plenty of compliment and even if the paint wasn't that great. It blends in fine after a little polishing and waxing. Overall happy with it.

Second time I've heard paint mentioned and that's a concern. What specifically was the issue you had in paint not meeting your expectations?

Compared to oem paint or even paint from a personal shop that I go too. The quality is quit noticeable. I'm not sure if it is because they rush it or didn't wet sand it. I'm not sure why. But it's a bit wavy and looks sticky? Not sure how to put it into words. You can literally tell it's a different quality if you look closely. But I mean it isn't that bad if you don't care lol I'm totally fine with it. Next time I order a part I might just get the primer one and get a shop to vinyl wrap it.

Yea I always have my local shop do my paint in most instances but my last 2 splitters I've gotten from RPI were spot on in quality and paint.

Yeah. I wish I did that. Probably would of gotten the spoiler soon sooner. Wasn't expecting to wait 6-7 weeks for a spoiler. This is the first item I've bought from them. So maybe o just got unlucky? Not sure. It doesn't mean I'm not satisfied. I do love the look of the spoiler. Just next time I'm taking it to my local body shop instead or vinyl shop to wrap it.

2016-2017 Camaro 6th Generation Retro Style High Rise Rear Spoiler

Our spoiler is one of the only aftermarket 6th Gen Camaro rear spoilers that will cover the holes left from the factory pedestal mount spoiler.

RPI Designs is excited to release our first generation inspired high rise rear spoiler. Our 6th Gen rear spoiler is made of fiberglass right here in our Salem, Ohio shop. Each 2016-2017 Camaro rear spoiler is hand built and comes available in flat black or can be ordered in any 2016-2017 Camaro exterior body paint color.
This spoiler will install in factory hole locations with provided hardware, in addition, you'll need to drill three new holes. We do provide a template with each kit for easy drilling. Please note, cars with factory holes will need the holes tapered out slightly to accommodate the new bolts built into our rear spoiler. Installation time for cars with a factory rear spoiler will take 15-20 minutes, cars without factory spoiler can figure an additional 20-30 minutes.
The satin flat/flat black ships in 2-3 days, while the custom body colors take 3-4 weeks from order date to ship date. Please consider this when placing your order for your new 6th Generation Camaro rear spoiler.
Fitment: 2016-2017 Chevrolet Camaro

Please click on the link to vendor section for pricing and information.

Any pics from direct side view? Still on the fence on this one as I hate to drill holes! LOL
