I didn't know a "High wing" was stock on a 2012 Camaro. Anyway, I would open the trunk and remove the plastic plugs holding the trim in place. You may then see access holes in the trunk lid where you can loosen some nuts and remove the wing. Maybe... that's how my 2013's spoiler was mounted.

Since that spoiler mounts farther onto the trunk you will have to open the trunk and pull the liner off the trunk lid and the hardware should be visible.

the spoiler has a wire loom passenger side of the car where it connects to reverse and license plate lights. disconnect it. if you remove gray carpt on back you'll see their are holes where the spoiler mounted and you can use a socket to remove the 4 bolts that hold it on. some shops also used 3m tape. they also didn't come stock, but alot of dealers would option it after they got the cars on lot, or alot of previous owners added it in the early 2010's.
