There is nothing wrong with being old. I am 66 and I have a 2023 ZL1 M6 on order. I hope to get it by December. Get what makes you happy.

You're kidding, 57 is still young 'n fresh. Put your order in for a 2023 quickly, and I say go big, pick a ZL1 or at least an SS. This is your last chance, the Camaro is going away soon.

Yea, the Chevrolet Camaro GT4 program will be good through the end of ’23.

General Motors plans on garaging the Chevrolet Camaro nameplate after 2023 (2024 model year), as plans for what was going to be the seventh-generation Camaro were halted.

Think EV.

I am 56 and my first car was a 5.0 Mustang in 1982. Been driving Mustangs and Camaros ever since. Just bought a new 2022 1SS 1LE. Life is too short not to drive nice cars.

Nope, you’re WAY too OLD.

I’m 55 and when I’m your age, I’m just going to pack it up and plan my ultimate demise.

More seriously…Of course do it, get whatever makes you happy… 4 cylinder, 6 cylinder, 8 cylinder, No cylinders. Go for it, this is a one act play!

Sounds like you're on a budget, so best try to find a 2022 that won't have the $2000 increase for V8's.

You should have gotten one years ago. The next best time is now.

Sounds like it’s a consensus, get it.

I had a typo in my OP. Here’s what I want and I think it’s the best bang for the buck:
LT1
6sp
Tech Package
Recaro Seats
Radiant Red if 23
Wild Cherry Tincoat if 22
