Got the Green Light for a new 2SS

The one I found is go but does not have the dual mode exhaust and it is an absolute must...

How hard and $$ to retrofit vs being patient? I can wrench - do not want aftermarket

I KNEW you’d come back!!

But…. Forget that car… you won’t be able to retrofit as you need the software and harness to allow NPP function.

It is not really possible since you need to program the ECU to add the dual mode exhaust. If you are dead set on the OEM Dual Mode exhaust then I would pass on that car and keep searching.

Wouldn’t be hard to wire a toggle switch and relay if needed, but if you want factory functionality and control - yeah I don’t think that’s possible without major electrical wizardry.

I had a C7 Corvette that didn't have the dual mode exhaust. The deal on the C7 at the time was too good to pass up so I purchased a cat back that was louder and called it a day.

If you truly desire the dual mode functionality then I would keep searching for one with the OEM dual mode exhaust.

Get the setup and skip the wiring. Same thing as pulling fuse F51. Sound just as good. Mine sounds better after seventy plus thousand miles.

And, welcome back.

Great to see you’re coming back. Not certain what part of earth you call home but there are about 20 2SS cars with NPP within 250 miles of me. Most with 10-speed. If you want details let me know.

Welcome back... As others have said, I'd find the car you want with the options you want. There are lots of Camaros for sale. Even if you have to fly and drive one back home. That's what I'd do to. Find one with the options on it that I wanted, not try to add the options after the fact.

That was fast. 392 not getting it for you?

Good luck finding your new Camaro! I'm done with GM. I'll never buy another car from them.

Can you give us a reason for your turn around. When you went with the Challenger you obviously thought it was a better car. What didn't you like? May your quest be fruitful.
