FS: Built LS3 long block
I purchased a 427 and currently waiting for assembly and delivery. I forsee an early June date. So the engine will not be available until then. The engine was built November 2019. Machine work done at a reputable machine shop. I have the engine sheet. Final ssembly and installation at a reputable local speed shop. It has less than 3,000 miles. Currently in my Camaro and being drove, so it works and mileage will go up. Pictures and or video on request.
Specs. GMPP LS3 cnc ported heads. Milled .30 BTR .660 springs/retainers 7.375 BTR pushrods Smith Brothers trunnion upgrade Night Fury 3 bolt cam New lifters LS3 engine Bore 4.070 Wiseco 3.2cc valve relief flat top forged pistons Callies 6.125 forged rods with ARP bolts Factory polished crank Balanced rotating assembly ARP head bolts Melling high pressure oil pump Improved Racing crank scraper/windage tray Improved Racing pickup tube clamp New gaskets and bearings LS2 dogbone tensioner GMPP timing chain Put down over 500hp at 6600rpm on multiple dynos. It revs hard and fast. Pulls and sounds nasty. I have used E85 its entire life. Valvoline VR1 10w30 synthetic and Ac Delco filters. Will not come with oil pan, accessories, crank pulley/dampner, air, fuel, or spark. Just heads and block. Asking $5500 obo. Shipping available at buyers expense. Located in SW FL. Knowing that this is a built engine, and lets say that I'm planning to put a twin turbo setup on it, how much boost do you think it can handle..? |
