4G LTE question (retro fit)
I have a 2012 and no Mylink. I went to the Chevy site and read what Mylink does and it did not mention their 4G LTE hot spot. I assume it is separate. Does anyone know if I can retro fit my car with the hot spot? If so, has anyone done this?

Save yourself the trouble and get a iphone6 or any phone with 4g hotspot capability

The hotspot isn't even available on the 15's w/mylink.
Just use your phone or get a cheap hotspot device- I got one free when I got my last phone, it just shares the existing data plan.

My phone creates a hotspot. But when I travel and hit no signal areas which sometimes can be a while, I loose the hot spot as well.

I'm pretty sure the MyLink 4G system uses AT&T. So if your phone is through AT&T, it won't make any difference.
