Scanner help please!!!
I was about to install a knight rider scanner I got from Ijdmtoy and it has a clear plastic covering on it that is folder over and glued or melted closed. Is that for shipping only or do I take that off. Not sure if that stays on for moisture prevention or if I take it off. They are closed and the instructions don't say.
