Fuel Shortage [warning from administrator: NO POLITICS!]
Alright, I'm going to start the thread.
Virginia just declared a state of emergency on the fuel shortage and gas stations in the more densely populated areas of Richmond are either out of fuel or there is a hour plus wait for fuel already. I'm supposed to go to VIR this weekend with NASA and anyone on here knows who's been there how sparse southwest Virginia is for everything. Any body else having problems where they are at already?

The entire south east is ****ed right now. NC has been in emergency for a bit now. Georgia and SC and screwed as well.

Less than 4% of GA stations were out of gas as of this morning. People panicking and all running to fill up at once will make this worse.

In central SC everyone is going nuts and running around buying gas. Several stations have sold out and all the others have long lines. Just like toilet paper last year people are in a hoarding state of mind.

Good thing I got a Bolt EV as my back up. I don’t see any shortages in the Milwaukee area. When was this shortage starting down there? I have some family in Virgina Beach and they don’t seem to have any shortages yet.

As someone from the Hickory area of NC, it’s a cluster.
If people continued to consume gas as normal, we wouldn’t really have as much of a problem. Thanks media…
