Supercharger and HFCs

I posted a similar thread in the V6 FI forum but there’s hardly any traffic there. I’m currently running BBK LT headers and their HFCs. Yes, I live in a big city where they check to see if you cut off your cats, and I’d prefer not to go the dummy cat route if possible. I’d like a way to monitor the catalytic converters to make sure they don’t melt from the heat generated by SC. Would monitoring exhaust gas temp or the voltage of the 02 sensors achieve this goal? Or possibly installing a wideband AF sensor? I’m planning on running Ngauge or the P3 gauge to track PIDs.

Thanks for any advice you can offer.
