As the 50 up plus crowd dies off, the first Gen will be a foot note. In 20-25 yrs folks will fondly remember 2010-2013 & sorta the refresh in 2014/15.

Doubt me? Less than 15 yrs ago peeps were fawning over 1950s cars. 75% of those folks are in old folks homes or in the great beyond (the cars of their youth)

The Hot segment now is in cars is 67-72. The hobby buyers, Jackson Barrett etc, are in their 60s.

Kids like my son will remember fondly the retro 05-09 Mustang, 2010-2015 Camaro and the reboot of the Challenger. Mini & Beetle will stand out too in the sea of generic cars & CUV/SUVs.

Time changes everything. That's the real deal guys.

It's possible, as nostalgia can drive demand and values up.

2010 did bring Camaro back from the dead in spectacular fashion, but It'll be a long time before we find out.

There's a huge difference between being historical & nostalgic. The 3rd generation IROC-Z are becoming relevant due to nostalgia, but it doesn't mean they're historically significant.

There's something about the black & gold IROC-Z that makes it my favorite.

My uncle had a 80s firebird in that color that was just gorgeous. it was a great color combo in its day.... not sure about today though. Although, I'd love to see a 5th gen with that color combo...

I recall reading an article some time ago mentioning that Camaro designers of the day cringed when they would hear the term "split bumper" - they called it a "two piece bumper".

C'mon man, you're supposed to say the exact year, color, and model that you have is by far the best!

Had my eye on a 69' but price was a bit more than what I wanted to pay. But, I love the 5th Gen I purchased back in October.
