It's the 2010 to 2013 5th gen for me. Still love the look. I never really liked the 14 refresh and I really don't like the 6th gen. I also love the 1st gen.

1969 & 5th Gen ZL1 are my favorites.

I said it before...if the 13 to 14 Camaro was the only option for that car.....its possible a Mustang would be in my driveway. Thankfully it wasn't.
I agree 100% and so did the consumers which is why they sold like hot cakes. An acquaintance of mine that works the Chevy lot told me during style transition a significant number of people were upset about the change and he lost more than a couple sales over it.
10-13 will be considered historic one day like the 1st gens.

I still shake my head at the dreaded '78 Ford LTD tail lights every time I see a 14/15. Although I'll admit blacking them out helps hide them so I don't get the fork in the eye feeling.

The 14 was the second best year sales wise and the front clip was an aggressive improvement imo. I like my tails tinted, over the sunglasses 10-13 as well. The Z/28 and 14-15 1LE are the best looking 5th gens to me.

The older front grill/bumper got instantly dated (and not in a good way) when the 14-15 update arrived. The updated grill and bumper made the car a lot less "goofy" and "cartoonish" which was a good thing.

I'd say the 14-15 update was the best refresh the Camaro ever had except for the '84 to '85 update on the old 3rd gen. For me, if the Camaro still had '10-'13 style tailights, I wouldn't have bought one. The 14-15 refresh made the car look wider and sleeker so I had to buy one. With the way the 6th gens are going, it looks like I'll be keeping my 5th gen forever.

This Camaro has one error. TH350...
Much better would be 4q Muncie or T10 Borg Warner.
But here in Europe, the price of rebuilding is equal to the price of a decent 2nd Gen. Camaro

They won't be considered even closely historical as the 1st generation.

Maybe not but if there’s another yr? 10-13 will be it. You cant compare to 1st gen monetarily To any other in collection. I’d say there might be a decent chance they’ll be historical. After all, 2nd-4th gen are below the status of a 5th except for 70-73. 74+? I’d take 5th gen all day everyday. 3rd and 4th gen simply suck. But who knows?

I almost bought a 67. But too much work and not a good investment. I chose to invest money rather than buy something I love but don’t NEED. Besides I’d just turn the 67 into an LS3/T6060 anyway. So no point putting $30k into a car just for that. In time I’ll get something classic. Maybe I’ll just get a late 2nd gen and make the transition to an ls3?

Number 350. Yeah I know it's that ugly silver with the "cartoonish" grill. She's low, tight, fast and I'll show it and race it next to any Camaro out there.

No I didn’t answe my own question. You’re not Nostradamus. You don’t know the future. Only reason 1st gen are historical is cause of the 1st yrs produced. But who’s to say kids growing up these days don’t consider the muscle cars these days as we have 1st gen? It’s not far fetched.....
