Ok took delivery of the Crawford port setup with dominator, 3.5 touchscreen and boost control options. Waiting on the Fore triples because there is still much more to accomplish before that.

My 3 questions: While I'm waiting my attention has turned to my DD Whipple truck.
Xtreme DI is offering the big bore with + 30's for a great price combined. I know FIC inj are a great product what about XDI injectors? Any reason not to take advantage of the price on in stock inj? Just kickin' it around. Also since the big bore is based on LT1 pump I shouldn't have to grind the Whipple manifold am I right on that?

I used the FIC and Big bore to 887 on all E with a 38% lobe. I was told by LPE that if I used a 42% lobe and there injectors which were between 45 and 53 plus at the time I could of hit there advertised 930 eliminator pkg.

I did have 1 fic that lasted a few passes on the dyno and died but they swapped it out quickly for free.

Of course I'm on port now and it pretty much paid for that setup..

I came into some good money recently I'm considering buying the XDI setup with plus 60 for the wife's car however my tuner and Jrod said the last build they did was a headache and nightmare and if i got it he wasn't touching it! lol

that's all my experience

I appreciate the input. I had a well known vendor tell me he didn't like XDI and wouldn't even consider it but he is a conflict of interest so I'm still sitting on the fence until I learn more. The big bore and 30s are advertised at 4199 so...

I run the XDI second fuel pump. It has been great and reliable for 6 months now. Keep in mind it comes with a driver, harnesses etc. If I come to upgrade injectors, id absolutely run them too.
