Nah, it's become a mad house. Too many idiots these days. I may go to watch the chaos, but not with the camaro.

I'm thinking about getting a place in the 20s. I hear the cops love to sit at the McDonalds there since previous years that was a big spot for mustangs to crash (I've seen it multiple times :lol) My buddy told me they now do burn outs ocean side from like 9th street to 20th street.

I don't plan on moving the Camaro when its night time there. You're right Cgocifer, it has gotten to become a madhouse. During the day isn't toooo bad though! I go just to watch the madness unfold, see some nice cars and drink by the beach.

If any other Camaros are heading down maybe we can all get together at some point that weekend

That's why I stay away from the single to double digit streets. It can get out of control. It's fun to watch the stupidity ensue from a distance though!

For Sure!! The 100s are where most of the families stay, so its much quieter and away from the madness

I live 20miles from OC. I’ve gone to OC Cruizin every year since the late 90’s. The cops have gotten relentless. There’s legislation this year to bring speeding, burnout, and excessive exhaust noise tickets up to $1000. Their excessive exhaust noise ordinance is, if your exhaust can be heard from 60ft away, it’s excessive. Since I’m headers, cat deletes, 3” exhaust, I’ll probably be skipping the event this year.

60ft?! That's nonsense!! The cops are really trying their best to make people want to avoid going at all lol

I have been thinking about going down for a few days. We stayed at the Flamingo a few years ago and it was pretty wild right there where Baltimore comes out onto coastal.I will probably stay up where its not as wild this year getting too old...lol ,will go to US13 drag strip Fri or Sat for the Tankin it to the Strip event.

As if the increase in Ocean City's crime wasn't already enough, now they have to deal with the burnouts, street racing and "stance" crowd. They're the ones that are ruining it for everyone. Coastal Highway is too damn small to be racing up and down.

Damn I'm starting to sound like an old man at 32. I'm all for running in "Mexico" just keep it on the Interstate.

I completely agree!! The stance, racing and burnouts are really attracting the wrong crowds to the area.Hopefully, that's what the cops focus on and avoid the cars that have dark tint and louder exhaust (without being stupid with it like revving and attracting attention).
