Trunk lid for APR wing

I’m planning to add an APR wing for downforce during track events. I have a ‘22 SS 1LE so the trunk lid is not designed for the wing. So I’d like to buy a ZL1 1LE trunk lid from GM to use for the wing install.

Is GM Part # 84568190 the correct trunk lid for this? Thanks!

i think you would be fine only the older cars 16-18 had any problems from what i remember are you going to add a front splitter also?

Thanks... there are multiple part numbers for trunk lids so not certain which ones have the support wing and do not have holes drilled for SS 1LE spoiler

Yes on splitter. It arrived this week. Plan to order wing and put then install at the same time... will do aero upgrades together with suspension and adding Girodisc brakes

one thing leads to another...

nice what splitter you going with it and what suspension mods? i have giro disc rings going on next month with a new set of hawk dtc60 pads

Thanks… I have the APR splitter that I found out about from a thread on this forum. Will only install it when I also have the wing so aero is balanced.

Otherwise planning camber plates and read end changes for camber too. I’m part of the Apex 18” wheel buy so will run those… maybe with R7s??

I have a used trunk lid that I got for the APR wing that I'm not going to use now. It has the correct holes and support inserts. PM if interested

Thanks for raising here. I was too slow on response… but if anyone else has a trunk lid then I’m very interested in buying it from you!
