ZL1 - and Paddle Shifting
I noob question I know, but tell me how the paddle shifters work (was giving some thought to ordering a '22 regular ZL1 with A10 when production resumes later this year). Specifically, on the A10 variant, if you are running in regular drive mode on the shifter and you happen to engage the paddle to down shift (perhap just to hear the engine sing a bit), will the transmission revert to shifting on its own with time or further acceleration provide the stick shift wasn't moved over to the manual mode? Or, does it not work that way - you are you stuck using the paddles until you do what to disengage that? Thanks.

Only when the shifter position is in full manual mode you’ll have full control.
