Rear Diffuser Color Match?

Has anyone painted or wrapped their rear diffuser? I just think the black (either painted or matte plastic) sticks out too much on my white 2SS.

I tried some searches but just couldn't find any threads.

Wondering if there are pictures out there before I drop $150 on vinyl and spend a lot of hours installing.

I was going to plastidip mine so I could see if I would like it enough to spend the money on it. Maybe try that first so you don't waste any money

Thanks but plastidip would be irreversible. I'd rather wrap it white and have it be removable. Vinyl's not terribly expensive but would still like to see a couple of pictures before ordering.

plastidip is definitely reversible.

How, by painting over it again? That's not reversible IMO, that's just a second change.

Interesting, I have never used the product and had no idea it was able to be peeled off. Sounds like a plan. Thanks.

Perhaps you didn't use the correct search terms. There is a picture of Mike Epps white convertible with white diffuser in the "Color matched rear diffuser" thread. It's Post #9.

Thanks Mannaxman!

Not sure I like the looks of color matched on white. Which is exactly why i was looking for a few pictures.

Teer just so you know if you are talking about the grey diffuser, you can't wrap it the vinyl adhesive will not stick. I have already checked into this, plastic dip is the only chep way.
