This is the second custom flowtie grille I’ve made now, and the first is on my car now. Each time I’ve taken a stock SS grille and modified it. They both turned out GREAT, and the advantage of this one over the aftermarket one that Phastek sells is that this one matches the lower grille. The pic of me holding the grille over the car is the one I’m selling, which is identical to the one on my car in the pics. Looks like stock until you get up really close and notice it’s hollow inside.

Thanks. It was more time consuming and tedious more than anything.
I would say it’s a good 1/2 day project once the grille is off the car and you’re ready to start working on it.

Price now $125 shipped. I’m very discouraged that nobody has bought this with all the effort I put into it. Now all my profit in doing the work is gone, and I would just like to at least get back out of it what I paid for this grille in the first place. Lesson learned, I won’t be doing another one of these in hopes of selling it and making anything off of it. Not worth it.

I feel your pain. I did some stuff on my tiburon forum and ended up not being able to sell because it wasn't what people wanted or they were not ready to pay the right price for it. I learned that now, if I want to do something, l check if I have interest and one or two name before starting it.

But again, just be patient, I'm pretty sure that THE GUY who will want this will be ready to pay for it because he can't do it himself. If you are not short of money, keep your price and just be patient.

That's rough man. I thought you might sell a few. Your original price wasn't much cheaper than GM flowtie on certain sites, even though yours is SS and would match that's a hard sell. I even told a few people about it. I just bought a new SS grille and emblem on eBay for $62 shipped before I seen this or I might've got one, especially at your lowered price.

Thanks guys. Yea maybe $125 is an appropriate price, just isn't really enough to justify the work for me in the future.

The install requires removing the front bumper, which isn't that difficult to do. I could guide anyone through it. So not tough to install, just somewhat time consuming.

Sold to Carguy55! Lol nearly forgot I still had it and it never sold. Also didn’t realize it had been 2+ years now. Few people want to go to the effort of the install, but the install wasn’t THAT bad. Just time consuming. Looks and works great though. Enjoy Mike.
