Damn, 7PSI form a Procharger gets you from 335 to 525+HP? That's an insane jump in power from a relatively low amount of boost.

Stock SS or LT1 will always be better than a highly modded V6. So buy a V8 and have fun!

It seems like v8 is the consensus... Frankly, I was hoping for the other... I really don't want to let go the car I have now.... Appreciate everyone's opinion. |

Dude, buy used. It's really not a big deal and you save so much money doing it. I bought a used SS and couldn't be happier! I would never consider anything but a V8. The car is quick stock and will drive like a stock factory car.
