Steering wheel vibration at 12000 miles

I'm starting to notice my 1LT/RS A6 is starting to have steering wheel vibration at slow speeds.

I contribute this most to my impatient with speed bumps, I don't blaze over them, but I don't go slower than 10mph through them.

Has anyone else experienced this?

If you had an SS I'd say take it to your dealer and get the suspension checked out. Being a V6 I obviously know nothing about the machine so can't suggest that. Good luck!

Take it to the dealer. That is what your warranty is for. Sounds like you have a worn suspension part.

My steering wheel used to shake at high speeds. In fact my whole car used to shake. The rotors on my front wheels were warped. Fixed by warranty! and all is good now!

If you haven't gotten your wheels balanced yet it's time. Either that or warped rotors sounds plausible.

My SS has always had really, really slight steering wheel vibration. It's most notable when I first start it up, though.

make sure your tire pressures are right, its possible you tweaked a rim or have a warped rotor

Could have lost a weight off a tire and needs a rebalance.
