Well, if the OP bought one, he's coming up on almost a year with it. Wonder how it shook out?
I have a late-2023 build and it's the GM quality I expect. It has minor imperfections in the paint and the interior is mostly, kinda-sorta, rattle free. Cheap plastic abounds where it doesn't matter, and some where it does. I bet it loosens up some with some miles. It's not a car I bought so I could sit there and stroke the dash nor did I expect it to provide me with a highly refined experience other than raw power delivery. |

just turned 11K miles, zero problems
an occasional ac vent/ kneepad area rattle on pass side takes a rough road to do it |

Just traded my daily driver 21 2SS with 85,000 miles on it, on a 24 2SS. The only issue that I had was the camera on the panoramic rear view mirror failed twice. Thank goodness for extended warranty. The engine was awesome, never missed a beat, nor did any other drive line component, or any of the other components for that matter. As you can guess I do a lot of highway driving and I was getting 25.4 miles per gallon as well.

The only problem with my '24 is the window on the driver's side is off very slightly so there is a gap at the top of the seal. I don't drive in the rain and honestly didn't notice it until I was putting the car cover on and storing it for winter. I could fix it myself but given that it is brand new I'll just take it for warranty service and get my state inspection done at the dealer at the same time once spring hits.
