Difference between LS, LT
I have a 1LT V6 RS manual, bought off the lot. I was looking at the spec differences online and can't seem to find what the difference is between the LS and LT. The LT has automatic standard and manual optional, whereas the LS is manual standard, auto optional. Other than that it appears the options and features are the same. Is there a difference I am not seeing? Why not just get the LS instead of the LT and save some money if they are the same? Just find it curious how Chevy has designed the trim packages.

Difference between LS, LT
The only difference is the Auto w/paddle shifters and the Remote start!

The biggest difference between both is the fun to drive... it is not optional on the auto... only available on 6spd versions.

But I don't get it - I have a 1LT manual, it says manual standard on the window sticker. Wouldn't that make it a 1LS really? It doesn't matter, I just find it very strange how there are different models for the exact same car. I guess that has changed on the 19s now with LS, 1LT, 2LT, 3LT.
