2016 Burble/Gurgle Tune
Sup guys,
The newer 2019+ models Burble/Gurgle/Pop/Crack much more than the 16-18 models. After some research, this has to do with the DFCO table's first 4 columns or something. I've attached a couple of links at the end. It appears to be doable, but the tune shops in the NorCal area I've called say it's bad for the car and don't do this type of tuning because 75% of their customers end up coming back because of drivability issues, is this true? I kinda think they're F.o.C. What are your thoughts? I'm not looking for an aggressive burble tune, I just really enjoy the type of "popcorn sound" coming through the mufflers the newer refresh models have and I would like to replicate that on my 2016 Camaro SS. I live in CA, so no headers//cats modifications. One of the Tuners did say changing the NPP to an aftermarket axleback will increase burbles, idk if I believe that. https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=563618 ^^Also, if this member is on here. Can you please chime in on any drivability issues after making the change? Did you ever revert it back to stock? In the video you did say it was a bit much and needed to tone it down. |

That is awesome. That's exactly what I'm looking for! How did copy those tables exactly, i'm worried I might jack something up? If it's easy, I just need to know a step by step process and I can do it lol!

Yeah, I read through that. I don't know what the original post #1 file is? I can't open it. Just takes me to a website. And I guess from that file I copy the first 2 rows? What happens if I just copy the whole file lol.
