HOOD VENTS/RACE LOUVERS

been looking at adding another hood vent/louver to my 16 1ss and wanted to see if any of you guys have used either one of these companies. my buddy has a white 1ss with a trackspec hood vent in the center and i just seen another car on the facebook pages with the race louvers hood vent and fender vents! if i did it i would probably get an extra hood and get it wrapped flat black like a 1le so that way i wouldnt have to worry about color...

I run the racelouver, definitely removes alot of under hood heat.

Dont forget about rear windows louvers, eh? And some Shelby fender badges 😀 But seriously, not sure what vent you have now, but the do help with aero (depending on location, etc).

Glad to see interest in our Race Louvers. I invite you to do some research before purchasing as most hood vents and even cf hoods are not very functional. We have wind tunnel test all of our stuff as well as most of the other stuff on the market and you can see that data here: https://racelouvers.com/test-data/

No, I can tell these units are Honda-specific, you need genuine GM ones to avoid fitment issues

I just read the shroud vs no shroud on the cooling fan what do you suggest for the 5th an 6th Gen Camaros? An who sells a quality unshrouded fan that would work in either platform?
