Coated Headers Installed-YES!

I picked up a set of ARH's 1 7/8" LTs, HF Cats, X pipe & mufflers from a C5 member. I sent the LTs to Jet Hot to get their polished ceramic coating. Install took some time, but nothing was difficult. No issues with O2's striping out, took them out with the exhaust cold.

These are the bungs that were welded in for an Autometer wideband

Used a stepped drill bit. Pricey, but super fast and easy.

Lifted car, 18" between rocker panels and floor and installed headers using factory gaskets. Used wire ties to hold gaskets on until a few bolts were started. Used stainless bolts and thick washers.

Check out the stock manifold and how poorly it matched up with the exhaust port on the head.

Imo huge improvement in sound and the engine spools up faster. The ARH system tips in at roughly 95# while the stock is 119#, according to the bathroom scale. I still need to drop in the JRE tune. Anxious to see what kind of difference that will make.
