Week 3 stuck at 3000
Well today marks the day I have been stuck at 3000 for 3 weeks. Thinking about calling my dealer and ask him whether my dealer installed CF insert is slowing me down or not. Just strange how everyone around me in moving up except me.

It is difficult at best to try to explain why some order move faster than others. At least you made 3000, there are others that are still at 1100 and many others whose cars have been made and are stuck in QC with their tires freezing. At 3000 at least you know your car is in the works.

I suspect we need to get used to waiting.....looking at other threads, it appears that GM moved several orders at 3000 on Jan 31.....just after production started.
I have no basis to state this, but with three separate weeks of production shut down in Feb and early March, it wont surprise me to see an April TPW for many of these Jan 31 Event 3000 orders. |

I refuse to have a TPW of April. I would rather my car be built in late feb or early to mid march and it Sit on the lot until the end of march

The fact that I want the vehicle built before April. If its not built before April it will be longer of a wait. If built in April it will be may before they send it or I receive it. I want the vehicle by April, but I know I'm not in controll of it.

If you're at 3000, then I'd think you'd be built pretty soon. You might be suprised. On the other hand, I don't think you have many options other than to wait. I was at 3000 three times before finally continuing on to 4B00. Loosing two weeks of production in Feb, doesn't help either, but you could be at 3400 tomorrow. Maybe repaint the garage in preparation for arrival like an expectant parent would paint a newborn's room or hang a Camaro mobile from the ceiling?

GM connect has been down for a few days. Tomorrow may hold a big surprise for a few of you.

I think there are a bunch of orders whose allocations were picked up on 1/31 that are still setting at 3000. It has nothing to do with the CF hood insert. You have already passed that hurddle. I suspect many of these will be made during the next build, whenever that occurs. We will probably see some event code movement in the next week. I know everybody is excited, I know that I am. But....we have to let this system work. Everybody just needs to be patient. Three months after you get this awesome car you will hardly remember this time. Take it all in and feel fortunate 1.) you are in a position to afford this car and 2.) you were able to secure an allocation. This car will be worth the wait. Have faith and stay the course.

Maybe so, though I will not get my hopes up only to be disappointed. I my just go a few days without checking on it, but that seems to make more mad lol
