As a Camaro owner, would you get irritated if...

...someone with a V8 in your neighborhood inceasingly lights up his tires on the Main Street laying drags and revving to the moon at 1am waking you up every other night?

Alert Law Enforcement to what’s going on and if they can’t stop it I don’t know who can! There’s no excuse for s**t like that going on in the early morning hours when people are trying to sleep and it’s illegal too!
