Bad idle after track day

So Saturday I went to the dragstrip to get some test passes. I got there late so I had to run two back to back before the elimination round. Car ran great both times
They were doing bracket racing which I wasn't interested in I just wanted a go time slip so I decided I was not going to try to stay under my index. During the third pass I felt a vibration thru the steering wheel so I let off the gas and went back to the pits. Everything seemed ok so I thought it was maybe a tire balance issue. Drove home everything normal no codes. Yesterday I started it and there was a definite miss but no codes. Tonight I'll pull the plugs and try to see what's going on. It's a 2013 ss auto with 34000 miles headers intake 3.91 gears. Should I expect the worst?

Change the plugs maybe. Did you change them when you installed headers? If you dropped one or bumped one with a header they crack rather easy and can cause a good miss over time.

That's what I'm hoping for something simple. Engine sounds the same with no loud tick or anything.

I didn't change the plugs or remove them. the headers have been on for two years.

Bad idle can be a bunch of things. I was dealing with this recently. I cleaned the MAF, the throttle body and did the fuse pull and that made a huge difference and not only at idle. A few days later I had a really bad misfire but then I found that one of the ignition cables had come off the coil.

Finally there's fuel. If for some reason you got some bad fuel in the tank it's possible the car isn't going to go back to normal until you replace that batch. Doing the fuse pull after that should clear it up.

Here's the passengers side. Also found loose wire that may have caused the misfire.

Plugs look OK, that one plug wire looks a little crusty.

That's the wire that was loose from the coil.
