Anyone get the window up/down warning?

Lately I've been getting a " roll driver window down then up" message upon starting the car. Not ever time but maybe 1 in 4 starts. Most of the time it clears right away but when it doesn't I've noticed the auto rollup feature when closing the door doesn't work. Sure sign of a bad battery or low charge? Still on the factory battery in a 2015.

I should clarify that the auto rollup when the door is closed doesn't work sometimes. it will go down the small amount when the door is opened but doesn't go back up when shut.

My '14 GMC Sierra gives the index message on occasion or just doesn't work. It seems to have a bad connection between the door and the dash. From opening and closing the door so much I'd guess since I get in and out several times a day. Had an older Jeep that the wires eventually rubbed and broke in that area before as well. Usually when it first starts happening can "wiggle" the wires in that area under the rubber boot to see if anything changes without taking the boot off all the way. GL

I've had it in the past. Same for me, car battery died. No issues after replacing the battery.

Funny you bring this up. I have been "tinkering" with my Z lately. My bat voltage has been hovering around 15v after spirited driving. I swapped a new battery from a different vehicle for trouble shooting. No change in voltage so I swapped batteries back. Since the swap I've gotten the drivers window message several times. I think the Z is just telling me to get a new battery AND to stop spending all of my extra time/money on the newly acquired project vehicle.
