This isnt the 60s..... Hell, even the 70s, 80s, or 90s!

That's the plan for next year. Trade this baby in for another new baby -- hopefully that's realistic -- and I'll have exactly what I'm looking for. I'm excited for the stronger left leg. It'll be like Christmas again.

I feel your pain, I got the A8 but sometimes wish I had a clutch again... sure I can pick whatever gear whenever I want still but my left leg gets bored!

That being said.... going WOT and having that A8 fire through the gears at lightning speed is fantastic. Also downshifting is effortless and sounds glorious. I do, however, wish that the paddles were as responsive as using the shifter when going through gears.

I did this conversion in my 1988 starion(pretty rare so not a lot of options) some years ago. Not really a DIY job (although i got it done) huge PITA

I would say to get a different car to any who want the different experience
