Recirculation Intake Location
In an attempt to clean the HVAC ducts in my car, I sprayed lysol in the intake vents by the windshield wipers when I had the A/C on. It seems to help a lot, I don't have a musty smell when pulling in fresh air.
My problem now is when I turn on recirculation mode, I still have a smell. I thought I would just spray lysol in the passenger footwell and it would suck it up, but it didn't, because the intakes aren't there. I guess I'm used to those intakes being in the passenger footwell. I looked in the owners manual, but I can't find their location. Can someone point me in the right direction? |

Spray disinfectant into the cabin filter location (with filter removed and fan blowing). Modulate the spray too. Looking for the airflow to carry the particles. Also put in a new filter.

I replaced the cabin filter a couple months ago, it was insanely difficult getting that glove box to drop down. There isn't another way to get the lysol in there? |
