You know, it might be just me but, it looks almost like the clearance on the front end would be better than the stock GM chin spoiler. Any chance you could verify this, C7? Is the ground clearance actually better? If so, I might pick this up for my 1LE as I’d be able to lower it, finally.

The splitter mainly sits against the sides of the bumper fascia instead of sitting bellow the bumper, giving an approx. 1/4" drop from the bottom of the bumper for a very decent ground clearance

The winglets make it look SO MUCH NICER. That and the added clearance versus the OEM optional front spoiler is making me highly consider this.

What kind of material will it be made out of? Will it be stronger than the comically brittle OEM piece or even slightly bendable giving us a chance to save it?

This is the issue I'm having, this area just doesn't seem to flow with the stock grill and bumper.

Yup! This splitter extends down to meet the bumper with a solid under surface so it isn't hollow

We don't have a fixed production date yet, as the splitter is still being development by our team. Once the splitter is fully developed, we'll go ahead and make molds for it to then place them in production. Regardless, we'll make sure to post news as soon as we are close to having this splitter ready for production.

Let us know how we can help.
