Wheel/tire fitment questions

I have a 2020 1LE and would like to run OEM tires on with my aftermarket wheels with the possibility of mounting a 315 tire in the rear. I don't want to do any mods to the car to make aftermarket wheels fit. I have two options from a company. Just wanted to know what you guys think:

20x9 +20/ 20x10.5 +38 (not my ideal set up)
20x10 +23/ 20x10.5 +35

I know 20x10.5 is not ideal (and the oem wheel spec is 20x11 +43) but I was wondering if this could be done with no issues using a 305/30/20 tire.
