Inner fuel cap

Hey guys, hopefully someone can help me or point me in the right direction here. The little cap in the fuel neck in our 2019 Camaro has broken off. How do we get this out to replace it? And, even better, what is it called? Searching for "fuel cap" or "inner fuel door" just gets me tons of results for fancy outer fuel doors.

Thanks... yeah I saw that too but it isn't very clear if that is actually the part I need. I doubt the filler neck would only be 20 bucks. And knowing my luck, its some super expensive crap I'll have to buy. If I have to replace the neck, I want to see if I can put the older style on it. I hate these capless fuel caps. Stupid stupid stupid GM! Dirt and everything can get in there.

Speaking of which, I've found this in the same component group (thanks GOMD) and am wondering if it might be allow us to add the locking fuel door to our US spec Camaros.

Some harness pigtailing probably needs to be done, but if this thing includes the locking solenoid, it's more than halfway there...
