My dealer told me (plus I've read it on other postings) there were newly designed nuts that needed to be installed and torqued. Is it possible your dealer only torqued and didn't install the new design? If so, they may have loosened again.

I had the new ones put on. Took about a week for the new nuts to arrive. They definitely resolved that issue...this sounds different. I’ll report back in a couple weeks after I get it over to the dealer.

I took mine to the dealer today, they ordered new end links. Will be here next week. Hopefully that will fix the issue for me.

Does anybody have the TSB number that includes the new nuts being installed?

Do you have your TSB number by chance that includes the new nuts being installed?

Actually it is the Chevy Customer Care normal of 2018. Wait until you get 3 years behind you. It gets worse.

So mine has a clunk. it sounds like from the drivers front. Dealer already looked and couldn't find anything loose, end links, etc. They are going to check it out in more detail on Tuesday. I had another person look at it, and same, everything was tight. What else could cause it? It's just like when I go over bumps, or if i turn the wheel left right really quickly it will make the sound? Could it be a bad strut?

I still have the same clunk.

Same as you describe. Dealer said they couldn't find anything loose either. However, their lift at the dealer is a 4 point lift so the wheels are all hanging. I'm suspecting that may have an effect on finding the culprit.

I'd like to find a shop that has a drive on lift, and then have everything checked. The clunk only seems to happen when the suspension compresses or there is "twist" to the car, like 1 wheel goes up at a time over a speed bump.

Fixed. Mine ended up being the lower end link on the front passenger side. The chevy dealer looked at it for two days straight, haha. They couldn't anything.. sooo do it yourself

I upgraded to the BMR links
