Headlights pitted from track debris! Best restoration method?

The headlights on my 2015 Z/28 are pitted from track debris. What is the best technique / products for restoration?

I’ve always used the mothers on my headlights but haven’t on the Camaros. I would like to try the adams since I have most of their stuff anyways, it just uses the same pads and polish you use on paint essentially. I think the easiest way would be to take the front off and do it like that. It feels too small of a gap to get a polisher in there and what not without making a mess of everything. When I had my Z28 paint protected up front, they did the headlights too. So might be something to look at after polishing. And also look at Track Armor. They have a pretty cool tape that isn’t hard to take off that helps protect too. For that extra piece of mind.

Tape off your clear headlights before the track event. Some vender even sell clear protector film for the headlights.

I've never found any good way to restore the plastic headlights once they get pitted... all products seems like snake oil when I've used them on wife's car.

Mine are badly pitted from stones. Body shop quoted me around 500 to remove the frt bumper, remove lamp ass. Sand the lights to smooth condition buff and spray them with clear coating.
