I believe Toe will hurt your tire wear more than camber.

My guess is that the car has been modded, based partly on the addition of canards up front.
Cant tell if the front tire is turned, or if you have a caster issue. The front wheels look really far back in the wheelwell. Concur with others that ride height looks about right. Check for aftermarket camber/caster plates up front. They would be visible from your shock towers under the hood. That could explain camber minimum problems. Also, pull the wheel and verify that the knuckle is at minimum setting. Finally, I concur with others that just getting BMR or SPL rear camber and toe arms will give you added adjustability range and will likely go a long way to cure/mask a body out of alignment issue at significant cost savings. .
