exhaust and headers need help...

Might be a stupid question but I bought a 3" cat back exhaust system off another forum memeber and I'm looking to purchase long tube headers and high flow cats was just curious if there is a certain size I need to buy to match up to my exhaust .

Just make sure the headers and hi flow cats/off road pipes are designed for factory cat back hookup points if the cat back you purchased is designed to fit the factory manifold and cats which will dictate you needing a 2 1/2" cat outlet size. Now if your cat back was not designed for a connection to the factory manifold pipes/cats, you will need a 3" cat outlet for proper hookup to your cat back system or just ask if the headers your interested in will fit your brand of cat back you now have. I hope this helps.
