DI low side fueling
Would it help the low side to combine the dsx aux fuel pump with a JMS boost a pump on the intank pump for more low side fuel

With your mods why do you need a bigger low side. Usually that's only needed with an Forced Induction? Are you planning on a blower set up?

We are planning forged bottom end cam heads 2650 dsx aux pump and flex fuel
Big bore hpfp katech 30 % lt 4 injectors meth trying to run pump e85
