Debadging an SS

Has anyone debadged their camaro ss? I have not seem too many sleepers on the forum.

I've painted all the emblems on my SS black. Stealthy and hard to see unless up close.

I don't think it makes much difference, most people think all Camaros have a V8 or is an SS. So if you debadge it you are still going to be asked all the time if you have a V8....I get asked it all the time and I have both 1LT and 323HP badges on my V6.
So in other words its more for aesthetics than going stealth.

Doing it for looks is one thing but because you feel you are advertizing for them is just silly. Do you take the names off every product you buy?

I did it years ago. Looks so much better. I then added the whipple and didn't add any "supercharged" badges. Most think it's a V6 until I dust their ass.

I took off that fugly ass rear bowtie and dipped the front bowtie if that counts for anything.
