Merc was the copilot and chief engineer, we had the car tech'ed for 10 due to it having a roll cage, but couldn't legally run faster than 12.99 due to only the pilot having a helmet...

It'd need certified belts to run 10's. I see no restraints or restraint whatsoever.

Yes, a Mod jumped in to make sure the path was righteous, and the cart didn't damage any Camaro's, as the Turbo's providing the propulsion were a little over juiced and not operating in an efficient manner.
