I meant I bought aftermarket end links... Sorry. Mind has been somewhere else lately.

well went back to the shop on sat and had them look at everything and nothing was loose so pretty sure it may be a bad non mrc strut gonna order up one today and hopefully get it changed out this weekend lol well see what happens

well mine ended up being a broke strut btw lol had it replaced and everything else tightended and no clunking anymore here

I can bang on the same part you showed a video of and it makes the same noise. Interestingly only on the driver side. I also get a pop at full lock low speed left turns but no clunks or anything while driving.

Does your tie rod still make that same noise if you bang on it?

3900 miles on my 2018 ZL1 and already have a bad sway bar end link. I'm glad I found this post because it saved a lot of time by telling the service department where to look. The tech said this won't be the last one I'll have to change. Ugh! If it wasn't still in warranty I would be replacing both end links with better parts.

Also experiencing this issue. First time was 3000 miles and the dealership tightened the bolts. Happened again at 12k miles, and the dealership is currently installing "stronger sway bar" (from 1le?).

Update: Chevy dealership was nice enough to upgrade the sway bar and links to ZL1.
