Belt woes...

Any recommendations on a replacement belt for ECS 1500? Belt was never put on correctly from the beginning. Got it straightened out a couple of months back, but I’m sure it messed up the structural integrity. Edge of the belt sheered off.

Mine are 10 rib, but it should be something like K100749HD (10pk1903) K100745HD (10pk1893).

Ive also had good luck with the Continental Elite Poly-V belts. 4100577 (10pk1920)

But like I said, those are all 10 rib belts in the 75 1/2'' - 75 1/8' range.

I’m assuming it’s pretty easy to swap.

To take the belt off - use a 1/2 breaker bar and insert it in the square hole on the tensioner. Then take the pressure off the tensioner and you can slip the belt off - there should be a part number on the belt - you can then order a new one. Post up the part number - I may have one on hand - I have three others, maybe have the right length...

Measure the inside circumference with a peice of string, then measure the string.
