Camaros are snow cars?

I've noticed a lot of Camaro's trudging through the snow lately and was wondering, anyone else do this? I have only had mine in the rain twice that I can remember and would NEVER drive it in the snow. Not to mention, I can't imagine it being much of a snow car. Yes, the Camaro becomes a very expensive paper-weight in the winter, but come springtime, it rolls out still looking like the day I bought it.

mine are definitely not snow cars, even though we don't get that much snow here, I would never drive mine in the Winter, my garage is a Camaro show all Winter

you can drive them in the snow, but at the end of the day you have a 323, or 404 HP rear wheel drive car. definitely better options.

Man, I'd be in the classifieds finding a $500 beater just for the snow days. It's so hard to go from a CamaroSS with over 500HP to a Chevy Cavalier. But it really makes the Camaro feel like a beast when I get back in it after months of driving the Cavalier. It feels like a dragster for the first few days.

If those Superchargers you can get to bolt into the Cavi's weren't so much money, I'd throw one in my car just to make it feel a bit faster.

I drove the camaro last year in winter (very mild winter for chicago) even tho I had a beater for snow days.

It wasn't that bad compared to my old 3rd or 4th gen.

My old G8 GT was the best car I drove in snow (besides my old bronco and now my current AWD Equinox), with the proper tires the camaro should do just as good.

Mine's not. In fact, it hasn't been out of the garage since I brought it home from the dealer Dec 15th.

someday, i might be able to have room and afford a winter only vehicle, but given a set of snow tires, the camaro handles very well in snow.

I have my camaro here in Bavaria it has a nice set of snow tires and it does just fine. The only thing I worry about is the salt so I bathe her every other day.
