How many miles is too many for boost?

Hi all,
Long time lurker first time poster. I am debating going FI on my 2010 ss, however I've got quite a few miles on the engine. Is there a point in time (mileage wise) where it is unadvisable to add a supercharger?
Car has 108k miles. I have owned it since 85k and installed cam at around the 100k mile mark. Not sure how hard the car was run by previous owners. I'd hate to invest in a supercharger and then shortly after have the engine have some sort of catastrophic failure

Intake/full exhaust/GPI SS1 cam kit. Made 444/417. I am leaning towards the ecs novi 1500 and tuning for e85. Will not be a daily driver but I will certainly put some miles on it.

Thoughts?

They're pretty strong blocks, I don't see why you can't go for it with your mileage.

When you modify substantially it's always a crapshoot, mileage or not.

I boosted my Monte Carlo SS when it was at 170k

I normally just do a compression test and if that looks good I say boost it.

(Assuming everything else is in good working order)

A candle burning on both ends is twice as bright...but lasts half as long.

Nice. Tony & speed are good people. Did my clutch on my Camaro and C6z, and about to fix my crank seal in the up coming couple of weeks.

Have you looked into Modern Muscle also? They’re good too.

Try juiced....

I used to live right by modern muscle but haven't talked to/done business with them.

And LOL at juiced, just ask me about my $3500 mistake using them...
