Dyno numbers

So I took my car to the dyno today while Will at overkill was looking at my runs and sending me tune revisions!
Thought I would start this thread to see what numbers other people have got dynoing there LGX 6th gen with what mods.

Here’s a list of mods
-flowmaster intake
-80mm throttle body
-ported intake manifold
-removed muffler
-x pipe
-overkill tuning
-E85
-hurt short throw shifter

I’ve also found heat does not play a huge factor on these motors, they acctually seem to even like the heat...

My final number was 310whp!

Looking forward to seeing what other people’s numbers are!!

310 at the wheels... great number. Is the tune specific for e85?

Throw up the graph if you have it would love to see the curve for torque since that is where these motors are hurting the most. Nice job ! happy to see others involved

Here’s the graph, this was on a dynojet by the way. yes car was tuned for E85.

I also really don’t recommend pushing the car to that limit without proper tires the 310hp run was 167mph I had a 304hp run at 170mph and the 286hp was 164mph....
Not safe on stock Tires!!!

The first pull was still tuned on e85, it was just a baseline tune pretty much so the car would run..... as you see the air fuel was way off the reason the 310 pull doesn’t have air fuel is the car acctually shot it out the pull before.....
I will be back at the dyno in 2 weeks hoping to hit 335whp on E85 and also planning to dyno on 93 pump gas hoping for over 290whp.....

Ported intake manifold and E85 do wonders. Awesome Dyno.

Nice would have loved to have seen a base dyno on the machine you were on so there was a % based increase will help push the market a bit as well. I am loving it man keep it up 335 will put you at most powerful NA Hell 310 puts you there as no one else has anything recorded higher.
But the curves look real good!

Thanks!!! Still believe there’s more to achieve N/A..... I think seeing my numbers on 93 gas will be a lot better for people to see power gains, as most people won’t want to run e85 seeing as there still not able to use flex fuel.

The goal is 335 before the supercharging and I think I can achieve that....

Yeah that is just a pain in the butt to do ... as running the tank empty is pretty difficult we spent days tuning on E85 I finally just ran through a full tank of E85 then we tuned again and everything lined up alot better.. So then having to switch back then back again lol no thanks im happy to be full E85 its cheaper to run for me as well since most my mileage is highway.

Gotta get it out to the track next.. I know ghosteye ran a 13.2 I believe with around 300 whp.. you just might be able to break into the 12's with a good launch and a tire.!!

Man that's great to see - looking forward to seeing a 93 tune. I'd really like to see a comparison of a stock dyno pull vs. ported intake manifold and tune.

Congrats on the numbers and some great work by Overkill.

Drumbc where are you in NC? I’m in Mooresville and my car is at 42AutoSports in Denver, NC. Steven is amazing and works with Pray by Fayetteville. Let me know where you are and I’ll get you hooked up with the local club and track days!
