GTA folks - Where do you go for rustproofing?

Hey,

Just wondering where you guys go for your annual rustproofing? This will be my first year getting it done to the 17 SS. Want to take it to somewhere reputable that you guys have had good experiences with. Krown?

Thanks

Most GM dealerships have rust proofing. There is a company called Tricor that does under spray that has a 10 year warranty (that doesn't need to be replied twice a year and drilled holes into your car like Crown), rust proofing module and Xzylon Paint protection.

it's an awesome program. I know they have it here in Ottawa

You know that with Krown they drill holes in your car and it flakes off in less than 6 months right?

I've been getting my vehicles done for years they do drill holes but they put grease over the hole so it wont rust.

The product works it is your choice if you use it or not.

Throwing an edit here Krown only slows down rust starting and growing not stopping it all together.

Nothing will if you drive it through our Canadian Winters

I agree they grease it, but grease can be pushed out and not all Krown places grease it.

My buddy works at a GM dealership and was telling me they have this new one that is a one time application. Sprayed and it has a 10 year rust proof Warranty.

Combine that with a module and Xzylon.... Can't really go wrong. and it doesn't need to be redone every 6 months.

Doesn't matter if it works on not. If it on it comes with a rust warranty and usually it's part of a package... So why not?
