I have the urge for a supercharger. I will either add a centrifugal to my current SS or perhaps pick up a ZL1.

To be up front I do have fun with this car and do drag race it, Test and tune only. Usually I will run a few times and go home early after shooting the breeze with other motorheads like me. Many of the regulars tell me they could go faster than me and they are probably right. I will not beat the snot out of this car for a tenth. And it still is as solid as a rock. Zero issues. Chevy has built a stout SS as opposed to earlier years.

I also take good care of this car with 2 oil changes so far and have changed the transmission and diff fluids. This is a spring ritual for my garage queens. I still owe it one soon for this spring. I have the supplies, but trying to find the time. Work is crazy.

I think for someone who wants to build a head/cam or forced induction car My SS would give you a big head start.

Jannety Racing did the LTS and first set of mods, link below. For Ted it made 460 to the wheels, now with E85 and porting its more like 480-490 RWHP.

Yea, you are right. I guess I get bored. I might look into a modded gen 5 ZL1. But the new ZL 1 has some cool hardware.

And with a drag pack this SS could run 11.5 on a good day I think. Which is a fast as any M6 ZL1 on tires so far. Another M6 SS with the same setup as mine ran 11.2. So I guess I'm already there.

I would send yours out to Jenetty for Hellion Twins...that setup on a M6 would be sick. Pretty sure it would cure all boredom. lol

Been there with Turbos. They do look sick though.

I did AGP turbos on my 2013 1LE and that was fun, but in the end once was enough. And for an M6, unless you go big on power (mine was only about 625rw@10 pounds) you get a big MPH but ETs not so big. Unless you do a two step you are launching a heavier stock powered car but pick up big mph on the last 1/8th of the track. Turbos go better with an automatic. I think small ball bearing turbos go best with a manual. I didn't have those.

Thanks, realistic pricing is the way to sell a car. The buyer will get a good deal.
