ROTO-FAB CAI -NERVOUS !!

Hey guys, yeah so I have a brand new 2015 Velvet Blue ZL1. Been reading a lot of great things about the ROTO-FAB CAI kit. I already ordered mine, but I'm a little nervous. For every 10 post that say it works just fine , no tune, not cutting or body mods needed...There is that one or two post talking about backfiring, studs in the way of air filter, car throwing CEL..so it does make me a little nervous..i don't want to be that guy..lol With my luck, all those things will happen to me..Like I said, I'm already committed , ordered mine today...Thoughts ????

I would bet the people having problems was operator error.

Works great...install was easy enough. Just follow the instructions and YouTube search if you have questions.

Best mod ever for your ZL1.

Don't worry about the Charlie Brown "Block Heads" that cant figure out how to install a CAI.

Nice car, (I am a little biased). Auto or manual tranny?
I just put a Roto Fab on and it runs smoother, a little better throttle response and no codes!

They are a pain in the ass! If you are nervous about it I will take it off your hands for half price! Just kidding, I had one on my last car and it is a great product and it was not hard at all to install. The blower whine is addictive and your gas bill will go up!

It is a manual all the way...Nothing against auto, but I told myself "you better get a stick if you get this car !!" So all I have done to it so far is window tint and changed the bow ties to match the Camaro badging. After the Roto Fab install, I think i'm gonna leave it alone...
